insurance and fees

Our fee is $150 for a standard session (defined by insurers as 53+ minutes). We participate with and honor provider fee schedules for Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, Highmark Health Options (DE), Delaware First Health and Amerihealth Caritas DE Medicaid plans. Note we are not Medicare providers. Clients with other health insurance plans are encouraged to review their out-of-network benefits for reimbursement rates specific to their plan.  We will gladly provide statements for clients to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.

Upon scheduling an initial appointment, clients will be given access to our secure Client Portal to complete paperwork and submit credit card information to process any applicable fees each session. Current clients can access the Client Portal below or via the initial login email from their Therapist.
